Do my dependents get their own cards?

No, cards are issued to the primary account holder only.

Do I have to give my card to the paramedics in an emergency?

No. There is no need to show or provide your MASA plan to paramedics. In the event of an emergency, call 911 and get yourself or your loved one to the hospital. Later, when you receive a bill from the ambulance company, simply send it to MASA.

What if I don’t have my card during an emergency?

You do not need your card during an emergency. Just call 911 and get yourself or your loved one to the hospital. Later, when you receive a bill from the ambulance company, simply send it to MASA. You can also give the provider your MASA information so that they can bill us directly.

How does the My ID bracelet work?

First responders can scan the code on the back of the bracelet and see the medical information that you have downloaded to the My ID website. For more information, please visit getmyid.com.
